UShopFTA.com is proud to offer shipping insurance as a Value Added Service to our customers.  We understand that some customers require added value services as an added assurance that their purchase arrives at their door on time and without damage.

Many of our customers know that UShopFTA.com has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding our customers expectations.  We have always stood behind our commitment to our customers and will continue to do so.  This will never change.  We also understand there are those customers who are even more comfortable with an extra added cushion of security when ordering.  We have found that those customers are willing to pay for these value added services.  So we are committed to ensuring those customers have the opportunity to purchase a shipping insurance value added services.

All orders with shipping insurace are insured to arrive at their destination, or your money back.  Or if you prefer, we will reship your item at no charge. Your choice! 

All orders with shipping insurance are provided full order value carrier insurance.  If your item(s) is damaged or lossed we will process a claim with the courier on your behalf and any funds collected will be paid directly to you (the customer).  UShopFTA.com has years of experience with all major carriers and understand the claims process. This expertise provides our customers the maximum allowable return on their claim.

The realized value for 'you our customer' is the assurance that you will receive your order on time and without damage. No matter if it is damaged or lost, UShopFTA.com has got your back!

(1) Shipping insurance is a two part value added service for our customers.

a)      Delivery Assurance – The delivery assurance is specifically related with the gauranteed receipt of an item or items order from our site.

b)      Damages or Loss – The damage or loss concerns strictly with damages or loss that may be incurred during the shipping of the item ordered from our site. Therefore, if the customer purchased shipping insurance, any damaged or lost items found shall be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery or within the time frame allotted by the carrier.    After funds have been recovered from the claim, UShopFTA.com will replace the damaged item(s) free of charge or provide a full refund of the item(s) less shipping and any promo amount applied.  The customer must inform UShopFTa.com with 48 hours of delivery confirmation of any damage or loss through our Open Ticket Support System.

(2)  There are some important and obvious exceptions and conditions to the shipping insurance value added services:

a)      If credible evidence exists to show the package was delivered.  For example, USPS.com / UPS.com / FEDEX.com show that an item was delivered; the Delivery Assurance option obviously does not apply.  If the Customer still insists that the delivery did NOT occur, the burden will be on the Customer to submit evidence of the non-delivery.  Final determination of the validity of such evidence will be a mutual discretion from the carrier and UShopFTA.com

b)      Not less than 72 hours have passed

c)      The shipper shows a scan of the package, but not yet delivered. In these cases we all must wait for the shipper to complete their delivery, regardless of how many days have passed.

d)     Items which are not covered by the carrier’s insurance policy are also not covered under this option.

e)      In order for UShopFTA.com to administrate the processing - the customer must agree to provide evidence as required by the carrier. This is including but not limited to written statements and/or pictures of damages (when claimed).

(3) If this option is not purchased, no carrier insurance or delivery assurance is provided.  UShopFTA.com shall not be held responsible for loss or damage of your order.

In Summary:

It is important to note that even if a customer decides not to purchase this option, UShopFTA.com will always stand behind our products and services as we have done in the past.  This option is to add value and security to your purchase.  Our carriers offer this to us for a fee and we wish to pass valuable service on to our customer.  Carrier insurance provides added value in that your purchase is recoverable due to loss or damaged during transit to your stated destination.
