All of the products you see listed on this site are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. If for some reason the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. U Shop FTA does partner with other many wholesalers in order to bring you the best products for the best possible price.

It is our goal to ship same day or within the one business day of receiving your order.  O
rders received before 12 noon CST (-6:00 GMT) normally ship the same day (unless they are a presell item which are clearly marked). Dish antenna and other accessories may be processed to be shipped from a regional warehouse located near you.  Some competitors take days to ship (to our amazement, some even takes weeks) the products you ordered. UShopFTA, on the other hand, ship your order the same day or no later than the next business day (non-holiday Monday Thru Fridays). There are rare circumstance that may delay your order, when this happens we will be in touch with you immediately. We will drop ship our dealer member orders upon request. Sorry we do not drop ship for on-line customers due to merchant security rules.  When you order an item(s), it is normally shipped out from our warehouse here in Arlington, Texas USA. We do stock larger items regionally in order to reduce the time to ship your item to you and our cost. This normally reduces shipping time but in rare cases it may cause a slight delay. It is important to know that we will always strive to ship your order within one business day. We stock all of the items that we list for sale within the United States..

Returns Information - Contact our Support Ticket System
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be provided by U Shop FTA before returning any product unless other arrangement with UShopFTA have been made. For Any return received without an RMA and that has not been otherwise arranged by UShopFTA will be returned to the customer. We do this as we have found that 98% of the issues are resolved after communication and discussion, while the remaining 2% required manufacture warranty consideration. To receive your RMA, please go to our Support Ticket System and make your request. We also ask that you let us know the specific concern(s) that needs to be addressed.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, simply request an RMA and return the items you don't want in like new condition within 15 days and we will refund your money or exchange the item subject to our return policy below. Please understand that there are costs involved once an item is pulled from our inventory and shiipped to our customers.  So, a ·20% restocking fee on returns or exchanges may be levied - No returns after 15 days from order date  will be accepted without prior approval through our Support Ticket System. Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported by the shipper (the customer) to the carrier within 5 days after we have received the returned item.  UShopfta will communicate to you any issues upon receipt within one business day.

Order Cancellations - Contact our Support Ticket System 
We understand that at times a customer may find that there are circumstances where they feel they must cancel their order. Customer may cancel their order at anytime prior to the order being shipped. When the order is still being 'Processed' the order will be canceled without any restocking fee being charged. Once the order is 'Completed' this means the item has been pulled from our stock and the item may has been packaged and shipped. In this case UShopFTA.com has incurred cost and these costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A 'Completed' order may also be canceled and the customer will be responsible the 20% restocking and shipping fee (also applies to orders with Free Shipping, flat rated at $15.00 USD for Domestic and $28 USD for Int'l).

Defective units - Contact our Support Ticket System 
D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) - we understand at times that items may be shipped and found DOA once received.  In this case, all you need to do is first contact our Support Ticket System and then ship the item back to us for immediate replacement.  If for some reason we do not have the item in stock we will provide a full refund and/or exchange the item for another model as per the customer request.

Most products offered on our site carry a MANUFACTURE warranty.  Please submit a Support Ticket System and we will be happy to administer your warranty claim on your behalf at no charge to you.  It is important to understand that we are a dealer and should not be considered the manufacture and do not assume any liability by providing this service.  If you are filing a claim and the manufacture requires your receiver to effect repairs or replacement, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.  Shipping costs include shipping to UShopFTA and/or the manufacture and return to the customer.

Shipping Policy: Our shipping policies have been created to optimize value for our customers.We ship most orders same day by either US Priority Postal Service or a major carrier. Tracking numbers are emailed inmediately to you and we do our best to get your item delivered to your door within 2 to 3 bussines days to east or west cost, we also ship priority to Puerto Rico. Please note that International shipments may take longer. All pre-arranged Express shipments will be given order processing preference over "Ground Shipping" also termed as "Best Way" . Tracking numbers and delivery confirmation numbers will be sent automatically to the email address that you provided when ordered.  UShopfta reserves the right to ship "best way" on all shipments. We reserve the right to substitute and interchange equivalent express shipping methods between carriers. "Best-way" means that we will ship the packages by way that we feel is the best interst of our custom which is usually based on customer location and weight of the item. Best-way shipping is either by USPS Parcel Post or major carrier (i.e. UPS or FEDEX). Three day major carrier service may be substituted for three day USPS service and major carrier Next Day Service may be substituted for USPS Express. All shipments to PO boxes will be shipped via the closest USPS option. "Shipping Costs" refers to all expenses involved in the processing of an order and may not be limited to solely shipping charges.

Canadian Shipments / USPS Canadian Duties:
We try to ship most parcels to Canada via USPS Airmail  and because of the brokerage fees imposes on Canadian shipments we try to avoid using a major carrier. We normally ship to Canada using USPS Airmail or Global Priority as this service is normally the most economical.  Please note that tracking systems may not reliable by this service as the USPS will track Global Priority once it leaves the continent of the United States. We will ship via major carrier if our customer insists and when the cost to the customer is more economical.
